Dona & Associates is a management consultancy practice specialising in home mortgage (debt) reduction, tax minimisation, debt consolidation, SMSF and or residential property investment strategies. We are a boutique company with over 40 years combined industry experience with a Team of highly qualified, experienced individuals. We have been assisting Sydney residents for many years to successfully own their homes sooner, save money and build wealth for retirement.
We have aligned ourselves with various industry specialists (our associates) who are both independent and fully licensed in their particular area of expertise. These associates assist us to complete each part of our Client’s strategy to ensure that professional, expert advice is given at each critical stage. As well as providing strategy implementation and coaching, we also employ a very strict Client Management Program (Client for Life policy) to ensure that each client’s goals and objectives are properly achieved.

Dany is a Property Mentor, Investor, Educator, Strategist & Buyers Advocate.
I started my career path working in the medical industry. This allowed me to see things people do not normally see every day. I began to understand the trials that families can go through when sickness and injury strike. I began to empathise with afflictions and difficulties that we can all go through at times. My role was to help them regain their health. Without your health, you can have nothing.
After 14 years in the medical field, I transitioned into the real estate, finance and investment industry. I began to understand the trials that families can go through when there is little money and increasing expenses putting pressure on Australian families. The banks were making millions in profit and not helping. They needed help. I made it my mission to learn and educate myself to find every strategy to increase income and reduce expenses. This meant that my clients can put more money in their pockets if they can apply some of these strategies. Without financial knowledge, you have very few choices in life. As the saying goes ‘Money does not bring happiness but only Choices’. Money problems can bring so much stress to families. I have gone from physical healing to financial healing and that is why some of my clients have nicknamed me ‘The Money Doctor’.
